Collection: Available Paintings

My watercolour landscapes combine close attention to the landscapes I have visited with a kind of intuitive abstraction. I also follow a semi experimental path with each painting. For me this balance between a clear direction alongside responding to what the paint wants to do on the paper is key to maintaining the spontaneity and lightness that suits watercolour so well. 

Watercolours can quite literally look luminous and this is a quality that I strive to maintain in all my finished work. If you want to talk about any of the paintings here I am very happy  to schedule a zoom session so you can see the painting 'in person' (almost!). If you are in or near Bath you can also arrange to come to my home studio to see the work. 

Works come unframed unless shown in a frame on the first image. For larger works on paper I can mount them and frame them with a simple wooden tray frame. You can contact me to enquire about having a painting framed like this if it comes unframed.
